Our story
I was 41 when I started feeling like a stranger in my own body.
The anxiety appeared first. Then the insomnia. Then came the brain fog so thick I’d walk into rooms and forget why I was there. I cried at adverts. I snapped at people I love. I lay awake at 3am convinced something was seriously wrong.
My GP ran blood tests. Everything came back normal. “It might just be stress,” she said. I left feeling dismissed, and more lost than ever. It took me another eighteen months — and a lot of late-night Googling — to piece it together. Perimenopause. I was in perimenopause.
Why Still Her exists
Still Her exists because that experience is not unique to me. Millions of women are going through exactly the same thing — symptoms dismissed, questions unanswered, and a desperate search for something that actually helps. I’m not a doctor. What I am is someone who has done the research, tried the products, spoken to the experts, and come out the other side with a much clearer picture. My job is to save you the time and confusion I went through.
